History 

Ashley is a native of Garland, Texas. She graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Spanish. While at Texas A&M, she was on the Dean’s List and was a member of the Phi Eta Sigma and Golden Key honor societies. Following graduation, Ashley moved to Houston and earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from South Texas College of Law in 2007. Her internships included work in estate planning, probate, business law, civil litigation, and personal injury. Since 2007, Ashley has practiced with private firms in the areas of estate planning, probate, family law, family-based immigration, and business entity formation.

Ashley has helped numerous individuals and families achieve their financial and personal goals, as well as gain peace of mind, through the construction and implementation of carefully designed wills, trusts and advance directives. Whether a person’s needs call for a simple will, trust planning for minor children, or sophisticated tax planning for high net worth estates, Ashley’s goal is for each client to be well-prepared, well-protected, and well-educated in his or her estate planning. She also represents those who have lost loved ones by helping executors, administrators and heirs navigate through the Texas probate system.
