Legal Staff
Alicia is the firm's paralegal. She assists Mr. Burrows and Ms. Lohmann in their daily practice of law. She is responsible for liaison between the client and attorney. She prepares drafts of pleadings for review and approval, document analysis, research, discovery preparation including interrogatories, disclosure, production, admissions, and assists each of her attorneys in preparations for dispositions or trials. She has direct interaction with Ms. Lohmann and Mr. Burrows' clients, assisting in all aspects of the client's legal matter that does not require a law degree. Although she cannot represent the client, she most certainly will become very involved with the client and the legal matter.
Alicia's background, education, training, and work experience definitely qualifies her to perform substantive legal work in your behalf and at a much less expensive rate than you would be charged by your attorney.
