Richard was born in Waco, Texas in 1984. He graduated from Midway High School and subsequently attended Baylor University, where he earned a B.A. degree in History and Political Science and an M.A. in American History with honors, focusing on the intersection of Texas Legal History. Richard attended Texas A&M University Bush School of Government and Public Service earning an M.A. Certificate in Homeland Security and the Texas A&M School of Law earning his Doctorate of Jurisprudence.
Richard has extensive experience with high net-worth estate planning, asset protection strategies, business organizations, real estate, probate, and comprehensive tax planning. Richard particularly enjoys the intersection of estate planning and real estate law as he feels it balances his love of history by serving as a steward of the past through honoring his clients’ legacies and ensuring their stories reach future generations.
Richard is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Taxation Section and a member of the Texas Bar College. Richard lives in Keller with his wife and two sons and handles client matters in Dallas County, Denton County, Collin County, and Tarrant County, Texas.
