Madison Duehr
Bio
Madison Duehr is a Senior Paralegal at Burrows Law Group, supporting clients in Flower Mound, Frisco, Denton County, and surrounding North Texas communities. With nearly seven years of experience in Texas family law, Madison assists with divorce, child custody, modifications, enforcement matters, discovery, financial document review, hearing preparation, and trial coordination. She also serves as a primary paralegal for attorney Hollie Ritchie, assisting with estate planning and family law matters.
Madison is passionate about helping clients feel informed, supported, and understood during some of the most stressful and important seasons of their lives. Whether a client is navigating divorce, custody concerns, financial uncertainty, planning for their family’s future, or preparing important estate planning documents, Madison helps bridge the gap between the legal process and the client experience by keeping cases organized, communicating clearly, and helping clients know what to expect along the way.
As part of the Burrows Law Group legal team, Madison works closely with the firm’s attorneys, including Daniel Dower and Hollie Ritchie, to prepare and support family law and estate planning matters. Her work often includes reviewing financial documents, organizing discovery, preparing case materials, coordinating deadlines, communicating with clients, assisting with hearings, mediations, and trial preparation, and helping estate planning clients move through the document preparation and signing process.
Madison has a strong eye for detail and understands that behind every document, deadline, and court setting is a person or family trying to make important decisions about their future. She takes pride in helping clients feel less lost in the legal weeds and more confident about the next step in their case or planning process.
In addition to her paralegal work, Madison enjoys occasionally helping with Burrows Law Group’s Facebook page, firm updates, and community-focused marketing efforts, including Best of Denton County campaigns. Whether assisting with a fun post, reel, or client communication, Madison appreciates the opportunity to help showcase the personality of the firm and the people behind the work.
Madison is also involved in the legal community and has served with the Denton County Paralegal Association. Her professional background, marketing experience, and client-focused approach allow her to support both the legal and personal sides of the work Burrows Law Group does for families across North Texas.
Outside the office, Madison is a proud wife and mother, and her family is her greatest priority. She also shares her home with six cats, giving her plenty of daily practice in patience, flexibility, and managing controlled chaos. Madison loves music and almost always has something playing in the background, bringing that same steady energy and creativity into both her work and everyday life.
